Do not let the comfort of the familiar prevent you from being who you are,

and doing what you’ve always wanted to do.

It’s an odd feeling…

when you can look back at something that used to hurt you so much, and feel nothing at all.

Choose your role models wisely.

The people you look up to shape who you become.

Don’t wait for good things to happen to you.

Make your own luck.

Don’t blend in. Stand out.

Camouflage is overrated.

I gave up on trying to find perfection.

It’s life’s imperfections that remind me that I don’t have to look.

Just when things look like they’re going to work out, happily ever afters prove to be much more elusive.

Just finished watching The Swan Princess movie for the first time. Derek is lame D:
